Donegal Prime Fish's smoked salmon is one of the company's most sought after products. Called Irish Silver, the salmon is cured in the traditional way, using only the finest natural ingredients. A skillful process combines just the right amount of salting with the rich aroma of smoking oak dust.

The salmon is both machine and hand sliced. After traditional oak smoking, the salmon is then vacuum packed for freshness in our new processing plant at Skeoge and sold to selected outlets throughout Ireland and Europe.

Years of experience have perfected this process which has now made Irish Silver Smoked Salmon famous at home and abroad.
